AI Motion Centre (aimotioncentre.com) is the creative showcase of EmpireVisual AI, part of the Empire Visual group in Malaysia. This page says what the site keeps about you and why. Last updated 23 October 2026.

What we collect

• Joining with Google. When you join, Google gives us your name, email address and the link to your profile picture. We use them to show who you are on the beach and in your profile, and to keep your credits and requests with your account. We never see your Google password.
• Credits and requests. We keep your credit balance, the record of what you spent and earned, and the requests you send us (a film idea, a photo set, a tool idea), including any pictures you attach to them.
• The beach. While you are on the beach, your character’s place, moves and chat lines are sent live to the other members there. They are relayed through a live-connection service and are not kept by us. The conversation box keeps the last lines on your own device only.
• Your character. Your character’s look (hair, jacket, skin, ears, tail) is saved in your browser, not on our server. When you are signed in, your display settings (day or night, music, motion) are kept with your account.
• Contact form. What you write to us on the About page (name, email, message) is sent to us by email, together with your network address.
• Security records. Sign-ins, requests and credit changes are logged with the time and the connecting network address, so we can look into misuse. They are kept with the site’s records.

Cookies

When you join, the site sets a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits; Google may set its own cookies for that. Browser storage keeps your character’s look and your settings.

Services we use

• Google for joining and for visit statistics.
• Supabase (Singapore) relays the live beach between members.
• YouTube plays the films; YouTube may set cookies when a film plays.
• empirevisual.com, our group’s site, streams the music player’s songs.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time in your Profile. That removes your account and your credits. Your requests and the record of credits stay, with your name and account removed from them; ask us on the About page if you want a request and its pictures deleted. Films we made from your request may stay on the site as our work. You can also write to us on the About page about anything held about you.
